Create and edit client letters

  • Choose the desired tax year, entity type, and return (federal or state) using the buttons at the top of the screen in Onvio Tax.
  • Open the list of letters in Onvio Tax by clicking Setup and then clicking Letters in the Documents list.
  • Create a new custom letter by clicking Add at the top of the list.
  • Delete a letter by highlighting it in the Letters screen and clicking the Delete button.
  • Edit an existing letter by clicking the Edit button to open the letter in the document editor. Use the document editor toolbar to add or change the formatting and content of the letter as desired.
  • Customize the letter's margins, borders, orientation, and headers or footers by clicking the Document Properties button.
  • Insert variables or print conditions by clicking the Insert Insert button button.
