Assign a preparer, reviewer, or staff member to a tax return project
After you set up tax roles, you can assign a preparer, reviewer, or staff member to a tax return project when creating the project, or you can add those assignments to an existing project. To do so, complete the following steps.
- In Onvio Tax, click Projects at the top of the screen.
- Locate the project that you want to update and click the Edit button.
- On the project's General tab, use the Preparer, Staff, and Reviewer fields to assign the appropriate people to the tax return.
Note: Before you can select members of your firm in these fields, you need to add staff information for those members in the Setup > Staff screen in Onvio Center.
- Click Save and Close to save your changes.
