Submit your IRS e-file application summary prior to e-filing with Onvio Tax

Before you begin e-filing tax returns with Onvio Tax, you'll first need to provide us with a copy of your IRS e-file application summary. 

If you have your IRS e-file application summary available, complete this step.

Send your application summary to EFINCertificate@TR.com and include your Firm ID in the subject line of the e-mail.

If you don't have your IRS e-file application summary available, complete these steps.

  1. Visit the IRS e-Services login page, enter your Username and Password and then click Login.
  2. On the Select Organization page, mark the box next to your firm's name and then click Submit Selected Organization.
  3. On the ESAM Application Landing Page, in the View/Edit column, click the icon for the e-file application type.
  4. At the bottom of the application summary, click the Print Summary link.
  5. Create a PDF of your e-file application summary by selecting Adobe PDF as the printer and then click Print. (This step varies depending on your browser.)
  6. Send your application summary to EFINCertificate@TR.com and include your Firm ID in the subject line of the e-mail.
