Change and revoke an eSignature document request

If you need to change an eSignature request that has already been sent to a client, you can revoke the request. 

  1. Go to Properties, then Communications.
  2. Select View Details under eSignature Status.
  3. Select Revoke.
  4. Make any necessary changes to the return or extension.
  5. Send another eSignature document request in Onvio Tax
