Form limitations for 1120 electronic filing

Hide expandable textFor this tax year, the IRS will not accept returns for electronic filing under the following conditions.
- Returns with tax period ending dates prior to December 2019
- Reasonable cause for failing to pay and/or file in a timely manner; for mandated returns, refer to IRS Publication 4136
For this tax year, Thomson Reuters will not accept returns for electronic filing with more than one unit of Form 1118, Pages 3 - 14, which are noncalculating forms in Onvio Tax.
