Edit permission groups

Before you start

  • You need to be logged in as a staff member with administrative permissions to edit permission groups.
  • You can't edit the Administrative Permissions and All Functionality and Non-confidential Data system groups, but you can add or remove members.

Edit permission groups

  1. In Onvio Center, open the Setup menu and select Permission groups.
  2. Mark the checkbox next to the permission group you'd like to edit.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Use Next to visit each page to make changes. You can edit the permission group name, description, features and functions, data access, and group members.
  5. Select Done to finish.
  6. Staff members need to sign out and sign in again to see changes to their permissions.
