Upload files using Onvio Link

You can upload files from locally installed applications to Onvio with the print command.

Before you start

  • Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Documents enabled.
  • Make sure you download and install Onvio Link. Onvio will appear in the list of available printers from within each locally installed application.
  • Make sure you're adding an accepted Onvio file type.
  • Make sure the file you're adding is not larger than 500 MB.

Upload files

  1. Sign in to Onvio Link.
  2. Open the file from the locally installed application.
  3. Select File, then Print or use Ctrl + P.
  4. Choose Onvio from the list of available printers.
  5. Select the folder you want to store the file in or create a new folder.
  6. When you select Print, you'll send the file to Onvio Documents.

Note: The files that you upload to Onvio using Onvio Link will be stored as PDFs, regardless of their original file type.
