Combine PDF documents
Combine PDF documents in Client Documents, Firm Documents, My Documents and Folder Templates without needing to leave Onvio. Access this functionality by selecting two or more PDFs and selecting Manage, then Combine PDFs. Documents will be combined in the order they are selected in the grid.
In the Combine PDFs into a single file screen, enter the name of the new document.
You can optionally select the Create outline for combined PDF checkbox. This will add an outline item for the first page of each of the original documents in the newly combined document, allowing you to quickly traverse the document.
You can optionally mark Move the original PDFs to the Recycle Bin, to declutter your folder.
You can select the View icon on each card to preview a PDF being combined.
You can select the Remove icon to remove a PDF from being combined.
You can select and drag PDFs to change their order before combining.
If an original document has a password, select the Enter Password button to supply the password before selecting Create PDF. Note that the combined document will not be password protected.
Please note that if original PDFs contain annotations, they will not be carried over into the combined PDF.
