Ability to save a calculator project

You can now save the calculator data to a client. To enable the ability to save a calculator project to a client, you must first import or create a calculator project template. To read more information about the save feature continue to the following link: Calculators

Importing a calculator project template

While in Onvio Center select Setup, Projects, Project Templates to view project templates list, a project template for calculators can be added by either selecting the import button and selecting the check box next to ADVCALC | Advisory Calculators and selecting the import button at the bottom or by using the Add button on the top left and selecting Advisory in the Application dropdown and Calculators for Type. By importing or creating the calculator project template, you'll be able to save the data entry on a Calculator and reopen it later.

Ability to combine a calculator and client handout into one file

You can now combine a calculator and client handout into one file by completing a calculator and selecting the Export to PDF button at the bottom. The Export to PDF button will open a dropdown to select with handout or without handout. After selecting with handout, choose the client handouts that you would like to include in a single PDF.

Ability to copy loan payment schedules into local clipboard

You can now copy the loan payment schedules from your favorite loan calculators. After entering the key data you need to populate the calculator there will be a Copy schedule icon next to the payments table. Selecting the Copy schedule icon will copy the data to your local computer clipboard and allow you to paste in other places such as excel, word, and e-mails.

Ability to adjust the color of client handouts without changing Onvio color settings

You can now change the color of the Advisory Client Handouts to match your firm without having to change your look and feel of Onvio. While in the Advisory area, select Setup, Client Handouts and choose a color that you would like to use on the Client handouts.
