The amounts in calculated fields are automatically entered and are shaded, but you can override the value in these fields, if necessary.

Override the value in a calculated field

If you attempt to override an amount in a calculated field, Planner prompts you to confirm that you want to do so, and then displays the override in red.

1. In the plan grid, click the field with the value that you want to override.
2. Enter the value.
3. Press ENTER.

Remove an overriden value

You may need to remove an overridden value if, for example, you entered an incorrect amount or the amount changed again.

1. In the plan grid, click the field.
2. Click the icon next to the field, and select Delete Override.
