You can copy plan data from one column to another using the Copy plan data menu. The data can be copied throughout the entire plan or limited to the current screen only. You can even copy an individual row to the same case, same year, or all columns. In addition, all copy options provide a way to increase or decrease the copied amounts by a percentage or fixed value.

Copy data from all screens

To copy data from all screens within a plan, perform the following steps.

1. Select Copy plan data from the menu bar.
2. In the Copy what dropdown, select Entire plan.
3. In the From dropdown, select the case and year that you want to copy the data from.
4. In the To dropdown, select the case and year that you want to copy the data to.
5. If you want to automatically adjust the copied values, you can choose percentage or dollar value in the dropdown and enter a corresponding amount in the input field to the right.
6. Select the Copy button to copy the values.

Copy data from the current screen

To copy data from the current screen, perform the following steps.

1. Select Copy plan data from the menu bar.
2. In the Copy what dropdown, select Current Screen Only.
3. In the From dropdown, select the case and year that you want to copy the data from.
4. In the To dropdown, select the case and year that you want to copy the data to.
5. If you want to automatically adjust the copied values, you can choose percentage or dollar value in the dropdown and enter a corresponding amount in the input field to the right.

Copy data from the current row

To copy data from the current data-entry field to subsequent fields in the same row, perform the following steps.

1. Select the data-entry field from which you would like to copy data.
2. Select the icon to the right of the selected field
3. Select one of the following copy options:
   1. Auto increase – Select this option to increase the copied value by a percentage or fixed dollar amount.
   2. Copy > Within case – Select this option to copy the contents of the selected field into all remaining fields in the same row within the same case.
   3. Copy > Same year – Select this option to copy the contents of the selected field into the same year and same row of all remaining cases.
   4. Copy > All columns – Select this option to copy the contents of the selected field into the same row of all columns.
