Format Client Handouts in Onvio Advisory

You can personalize your client handouts so that they are unique to your company.

Select information to display

You can choose to display or omit firm and contact information on the client handouts to make them unique to your company. When displayed, you'll see this information on each client handout near the top of page 1 and at the bottom of page 2.

Note: The client handout settings are unique to each individual login for Advisory.

  1. Select Setup > Set Preferences > Client Handouts.
  2. Turn the toggle off to remove the entire section.
  3. Clear the checkboxes for the items you don't want to show within a section.
  4. Select Save when you're finished.

Insert company logo

If you upload an image of your company logo to Onvio, your logo will automatically appear on your client handouts.

Note: We recommend that you use a .PNG file, but other file types are accepted.

  1. In Onvio Center, click Setup > Firm Settings > Firm details.
  2. In the Firm logo section, select Add firm logo.

  3. Choose Square Logo or Rectangular Logo.

  4. Drag and drop your firm’s logo, or click the Browse for Image button and navigate to the image of your logo.

  5. Click Save.

Insert firm information

You can set up your firm information (name, address, email, etc.) to be automatically inserted in client handouts.

  1. In Onvio Center, click Setup > Firm Settings > Firm details.
  2. Enter your firm information.

Note: Only the information that you enter will be inserted in client handouts. For example, if you do not enter your firm's website information, that information will not be included in the firm information inserted in handouts.

  3. Click Save.

Set accent color

You can set an accent color for your client handouts. This color will apply to the handout heading, border, and table headings.

  1. In Onvio Center, click Setup > Onvio Site Settings.
  2. Click the desired accent color in the Accent Color section.
  3. Click Save.

Note: The accent color you select in Onvio Site Settings will also apply to all buttons and navigation symbols in Onvio.
