Add or edit comments in an Advisory project

You can add comments to an Advisory project to note specific information about the project or to help you keep track of information about the project.

Add a comment

  1. In Advisory, click Projects in the menu bar.
  2. Click the Comments button.
  3. Enter your comments in the text field, and click Add.
  4. Optional: Enter another comment in the new text field that opens, and click Add.
  5. When done, click to close the panel.

A badge  next to the Comments link shows the number of comments that have been entered.

Edit a comment

To update a saved comment, do the following.

  1. Click the Comments button for the project in the list.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Update the comment that you want to change.
  4. Click Update.
  5. Close the panel.

Delete a comment

To delete a saved comment that you no longer need, do the following.

  1. Click the Comments button for the project in the list.
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Click Delete for the comment that you want to remove.
  4. Close the panel.
