Create and use standard text templates
You can create standard text templates and use them to insert text in several different Time and Billing fields.
- Create a text template. Choose Setup > Standard Text. Click Add, enter an ID and the desired text, and save your changes.
- You can add the saved text to the following fields.
- Time and Expenses > Daily Entry tab: Comment and Biller Note fields
- Billing > Selection tab > Detail Bill > Summary tab: Invoice Notes field
- Receipts and Adjustments > Entry tab: Comments field
- To insert saved text, click the button next to the field, select a text template, and save your changes.
