Hide expandable textYou can add contacts as relationships to clients, such as spouses, legal representatives, and tax matters contacts. Certain relationships serve a specific purpose when selected and other relationships can only be used one time per contact. There are 5 denoted in the list of relationships that can only be used one time per client (Civil Partner, Common Law Partner, Preferred Contact, Spouse and Tax Matters Contact).
Business clients do not have access to Onvio Centre. You need to add a relationship with the contact who should have access to the client in Onvio Centre.
What does "of" mean
If you are editing a Client (ABC Company) and are trying to add a “Preferred Contact” you must select the “Preferred Contact” relationship.
If you are editing Contact (Jane Doe) and are trying to add them as the “Preferred Contact” to Client (ABC Company) you must select the “Preferred Contact Of” relationship.
