Statuses

Statuses indicate the status of your firm’s projects and help you follow the flow of projects through your office.

The default statuses are Started, Not Started, Waiting on Client, Completed, and Cancelled, but you can create as many additional statuses as you like.

Before you start

Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Projects enabled.

Add a status

  1. Select Setup, then Statuses.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Enter a description.
  4. Select Save when you're finished.
