Documents area overview
The Documents screen is where you store, organize, and retrieve your files.
Note: The maximum size for file uploads is 500 MB.
Click the Documents tab at the top of the screen.
Files appear in the area on the right. Click the change view button above the left pane to toggle the view between your firm's folders and a filtered document view.
- Click the drop-down below the Add button to sort your documents by time period.
- If a down arrow appears next your name above the left pane, you can access documents for other client contacts, such as dependents or business associates.
- You can sort the items in a column by clicking the column heading.
